Give it a reboot - turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on. If the speakers are still muffled then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting. If the TV is still under warranty then they should replace it. If outside the 2 year warranty period then you will need to pay for a repair or replacement yourself.

Have seen in the past for customers with muffling symptoms, the following has helped by choosing the Vivid viewing mode option, as detailed in Sky Help;

  1. Press Home on the Sky remote.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Home screen and select Settings.
  3. Select Picture & Sound, then Viewing mode.

For the best performance we recommend 'Vivid', but you can change the settings and go through all the viewing modes to see what speakers are used.

For more details about the different viewing modes, go to Picture and sound settings on Sky Glass.
