Glass tv voulue has stoped working

Hi can someone help my sky glass TV is not volume has stoped working can some one please help

You will need to provide a little more information. What do you mean by stopped working? The was a bug in the past where the volume didn't appear on screen but you could hear it get louder or quieter. What happens if you use voice command to adjust the volume? Have you powered off at the mains for a few minutes and tried again? Is it gen 1 or gen 2 Sky glass?

As a start point have you tried  unplugging  the tv for a few minutes  at the mains after  turning  it off and then plugging  it back in to see if that does anything  ? This usually  solves most problems
