Thanks for update and that your issue seems fixed.
Can you let us know what you mean by hard reset.
Was that the recovery procedure where you press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the TV, keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash, then remove your finger.
Or was it a factory reset?
Will be useful to know for others to try in future as a possible cure.
