Glass return

Does anybody know how long it takes to get Sky Q back up and running if I return sky glass.

I still have my original Q box and activation card, which has not been collected.

I am still in the 31 day return period

It can be done on the phone, the Sky Glass channels have to be switched off immediately for them to then activate Sky Q.

If you call Sky they can arrange the return of Glass and Sky Q activation.
