@Ljt1974  If possible try an Ethernet connection as that can more often than not provide a more stable connection

@Ljt1974 I had a similar problem with my Sky Glass which I resolved by changing a setting.  Every time it went into standby when I turned it on it said that there was no network/internet connection.

Go to settings > Start up & Standby and make sure that Networked Standby Mode is turned ON. This stops the puck from losing the network connection when it is standby.

If this setting is already turned on then this is obviously not your issue.  If you post back here I can escalate your post to the Community Messaging Team if you would like me to.

@Ljt1974 does this happen when you first turn them on out of standby or is it more random in that issues occur randomly whilst you are watching?

if it's the first, then the networked standby mode as suggested by @Fothergill1 should help. If it's the latter it does point the issue to being your WiFi network, with perhaps the strength not being strong and consistent enough for the sky streaming devices. Connecting via Ethernet is the way to prove this, you can also do this via power line adapters if the router is too far away. When connecting via Ethernet make sure to disable WiFi in the sky device settings as otherwise the devices are prone to defaulting back over to WiFi even if connected via cable.
