Glass and extra pucks

I have recently changed form Stream to Glass, I had 2 pucks with Stream. I now only need 1 puck, my question-:

do i need to return one of them, and will I be charged for 2?

The monthly charge isn't a per puck charge, its a standard charge for the Whole Home add-on.

 

With regards to what to do with your extra puck now, you could either keep hold of it and then just return it with the other puck at a point in the future when you perhaps no longer subscribe to Sky, or you could alternatively contact Sky and ask them to update your account to only show that you have 1 puck and to ask them to send the returns packaging out to you. The key thing is to make sure Sky are aware if you do return the extra puck so that the number of your account is correct, as otherwise you may fall into issues on future cancellation when you need to return all the pucks registered against your account.
