My sky says all is fine but technical fault message on tv screen

A common message on Sky Glass. Give your TV a reboot and that usually fixes it for a while. 

Periodic reboots are essential for SkyOS - due to it being a server-based operating system it requires a server refresh every now and again to keep the connection stable. Doing a restart from the settings menu or turning the Glass TV off at the wall for a minute or two should achieve this.
