Every now and then my Sky Glass freezes. No matter how many times I restart it and reboot it, it still happens. I press buttons on the remote and nothing happens for about 30 seconds, then goes back to normal. It does it constantly and really bugging me now!

can you try using an Ethernet cable to connect to the router and see if the problem persists ?
also you can check the speed your glass tv is getting by using the network test in the native Netflix app. You want to be seeing more than 30mb really
