As suggested by the online Sky advisor, I performed a Factory Reset, which isn't as scary as it sounds and I'm all up and running again with my "Favourites" list sorted.

That's great news @Shagrat 

 

We don't recommend carrying out a factory reset without guidance from ourselves as it can have unintended consequences, causing problems with your account that requires our back-office support teams; which can cause further delays in getting problems fixed.
