We've had multiple issues with the tv freezing, flashing multi coloured pixels and just not it has just switched off, and letting out a crackling/fault sound. It wouldn't respond to the sky remote and we had to turn it off and on again at the plug.
I'm getting concerned as this has happened too many times in a short period, we would like to look into getting a replacement as feel this tv is faulty.
We have previously experienced faults and I have sent images to be logged incase it happens again.
thanks
Nicky

Hi @Nickyyyy1
You will need to call sky to discuss this as we are fellow customers here on the community. The units come with a two year warranty.

It's certainly not an issue I've seen on either of my sets (gen 1 or 2) and could therefore point to potential hardware issue.

Re: Faults on my sky glass
Thank you so much! I hadn't realised this was a forum. I have called sky and they are replacing our TV on Sunday! 🙂
