We are fellow subscribers on the community not Sky support so cannot answer this. Have you cancelled whole home or changed your services recently?

Hi @als84
Check to make sure that if you are a whole home subscriber that this hasn't been removed. If you will need to speak to Sky to understand why they think you need to return your puck.
