E4 is absolutely rubbish on sky glass. Don’t bother with sky glass

Bin with sky for years, went onto sky glass. Massive mistake. 
e4 is crap on here rearly works. I'm going to ask for a refund as they are not providing the service I signed up for

No issues here @Kathryn11. Are you having trouble with playback or watching content on demand? How is your Glass connected to the internet and what's your connection speed?

Been on to e4 this am tried to get to watch first dates episode 3 but comes up with error

this is embarrassing. Something not working

It is not called e4. The app you are referring to is just called Channel 4. It was previously called All4 but was rebranded last year to the Channel 4 app. 

First Dates Series 21, episode 3 has not transmitted yet so is therefore not available on any version of the Channel 4 app.

Nothing to do with Sky 

 

Channel 4 pulled the episodes themselves 

Info was posted online a few days ago about missing First Dates Episodes

When you have a content access issue with the Channel 4 app .... you can always check availability on a mobile device😉

Channel 4 pulled the episodes  affects all TV providers  and Catch UP

 

Episode 3 will be broadcast on Tuesday January 23 at 10PM


Episode 2 will be re broadcast on Tuesday January 16th
