E4 Extra off air

Second weekend in a row the channel has gone off air stuck on an advert for E4.

Anyone else seeing this issue on ch.164?

@Tim+Adams I have just tried and E4 (Ch 164) is just a black screen.  The other channels are fine so it appears to be isolated to an E4 problem.

   I'm having same probs...... seems to be around 9pm and 2weeks now.... seems to me with other faults I'm getting with puck is that the bugs have not been sorted ( hate to say I'm coming back virgin media )

Mine as been black screen for months every other channel is fine so if there is something I want to watch on it I use channel 4 app

I had private chat with technical yesterday and they could not do or say anything that would fix any faults I have ( basically just asked to try everything that is already on here ). In the end they tried blaming my virgin media broadband 😂😂.   Which is 389meg ( tested at time ). And which I have puck plugged in .... I have fire sticks and cube, which never missed a beat.  Also they told me they have thousands of happy customers ( sky can't be looking on here 😂😂)     My conclusion is that the puck was not fully tested and we are the giney pigs or they have not sorted their end ( because the E4 extra fault )

  yes... that's when they tried to blame my broadband .... I'm on Q15 and now fed up resetting pushing buttons and having to setup my other apps.... 

       I was even told to go on VM forum.... they seem to  say their puck is better and cheaper to add packages ( films-sports etc )  but downside is you have to deal with their customer service 😤

      I thought I could completely go to sky but they have not quite sorted
