I have paid 7 days ago and now it's come out my account again I would like it refunded back into my account because I've already paid the amount due over the phone.

We are all just fellow customers on here you will need to phone sky about this but if you missed a payment they will take another payment for this month aswell

If you paid manually that will happen.
You need to have a direct debit or card details setup on your account for a re-ocurring payment and Sky will always use that method to take the payment, and scheduled it when the bill is generated. If you pay manually you will find that will appear as credit on your account to pay next month's bill.
If you can confirm the extra payment is appearing as credit on your account we will be able to escalate this to the Sky Messaging Team for you.
