Dolby atmos

Hi everybody is anybody else having trouble getting Dolby atmos when it's included in films etc etc sky glass first gen 65" I have included this in my sky package I have reset sound several times any help will be gladly appreciated

@Rick+kellow Not had any issue personally. When playing a show/film that you know for sure has Dolby Atmos, do you see the Dolby Atmos badge on screen if you press the '...' three dot button?
