Does sky install sky glass on your wall for you at a cost
No. Sky do not.
Certain areas of the country may offer it via the courier service who deliver Glass. It's not an easy job though and requires specialist installers due to the weight of the Glass gen2 TVs.

No sky don't hang the sky glass tv's on the wall, you will need the find a local tv installer to hang your tv because of the weight of it, the heavier tv is the 65inch tv
