I want to leave sky because you charge me an absolute fortune for glass tv and broadband as a single person who only watches Emmerdale on catch up. I am completely disgusted with your service. I have triedaa to watch my program on catch up but the screen is black. Spoken to an advisor who said that he had reset it for me but still not able to watch my program. Tried phoning back but no response. I would like to say that charging me so much money every month is disgusting for what I actually get

There does seem to be an issue with ITVX today. I had the same problem, and a reboot cured it for me.

@Harrison95 This is a community of other Sky customers not a way to chat to Sky Customer Services.
Firstly Sky don't typically allow people to cancel whilst in their minimum term contract, and if they did they usually ask for the remainder of the contract to be paid for in one lump sum.
Have you tried rebooting the Glass or refreshing the apps?
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
To refresh the apps go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

Your not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community. If you provide more information about your issue the community will do it's best to assist. Is this the first time it's happend? What app is it? Have your tried a reboot? Who is your broadband provider etc?
If you want to leave and you are outside your contract you can give 31 days notice. If not you need to aka sky to agree, the best place to start is making a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
