Discussion topic:My sky glass remote is not working.. got new batteries but still nothing no lights

I replace the batteries in my remote after it stop working and there was no lights and when I tried to pair the remote with the Glass TV I could not as the remote is not working.

I have tried the steps in the help guide but with no power in the remote the TV does not pick the remote up

I see your post has been escalated but in the meantime if you have a Sky Q remote you can use this whilst you wait for a solution or replacement remote.

 

There are numerous threads on this forum about faulty remotes which have some suggestions to get the remote working again.

 

The most popular method (as silly as it sounds) is to hold the remote at both ends and to twist it (similar to ringing out a cloth).  This has worked for numerous people including me.

 

It's worth a try 😀
