I didn't get a confirmation email but I got a delivery date.. I can't get through to sky to get them to resend it

@Leedavies all contract related documents should also appear in the Message Centre in your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mymessages.
This is where you should be able to view all email correspondance Sky have sent to you, along with all contractual information.
