Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
I'll probably want to get an Air when they launch later in the year for the kids bedroom. However, I currently have 3 Glass TVs which I believe is the limit per account. Is there any realistic prospect of Sky changing this limit with the launch of more affordable variants coming up, allowing people to have 4 or more of them on one account?

Sky Glass 43” [Gen 1] with Sky Live
Sky Glass Air 43” connected to Sky Soundbox

@82bit You'll have to email Sky and ask them.

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
@82bit It's 3 Glass TV's & 6 pucks maximum, however, I don't know if this is a hard & fast rule so as @Anonymous advises you'll need to speak to Sky, but I suspect they'll repeat whats already published.

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
Hi @82bit
Hopefully this page will be updated: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass however it's been 3 TVs and 6 pucks since launch.
Given that when air was announced the marketing stated Sky Glass Air it would suggest it's being considered as a Glass TV product and will fall within that limit.

@82bit Seems that it's not possible to have more than 3 Gklass TV's if this new post is anything to go on

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
@GD1 If enough people ask though they may consider upping the limit for Sky Air's launch? Supply and demand rules etc. It doesn't affect me as I only have one TV but I can see why others would prefer a higher limit.

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
Sky have been in touch and pretty much said there are no plans to change the limit, unfortunately. Only option really is to run a puck through the 4th Glass - which seems a bonkers state of affairs.

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
A question from my own question: would Sky even sell me a Glass Air?! If there can only be 3 on my account; would I even get the option to purchase one direct from Sky??

Re: Device Limits When Sky Glass Air launches…
I did see someone on here post they had four Glass TV's but on the fourth had to use a Stream puck in order to watch Sky. I think they bought the fourth one second hand though.
I wouldn't expect Sky to sell you an Air if you're up to three on the account already but you never know until you ask!

I'd expect their 'computer would say no', as the account would not allow it.
Expect what you would have to do is factory reset one of your Glass TVs, so removing it from your account, but I'm sure that is not what you want to do.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
