Moved over a year ago and am still on London news etc. The online chat bot can't guide me, do I really have to call Sky to change this?

Just to be certain, have you checked your postcode is showing as correct in your MySky account, under details.

If it is and you are definitely within the correct region, not on the border of two regions, you will have to call Sky to get this resolved.
