Dark patch in middle of screen

I have a dark patch in the middle of the screen which won't go away, tv has not been damaged

If pulling the plug for 5 minutes doesn't solve it then you will need to contact sky to arrange troubleshooting and possible replacement (if under warranty)

Could be because the stand has been tightened too much at the back. Try releasing the bolts a little and see if it improves. If it doesn't you may have a bad panel so give Sky a ring for further troubleshooting and potential swap of the TV if still under warranty.
