Credit agreement won’t load

Just ordered sky glass, however the credit agreement won't load, phoned sky on the phone for an hour they can't work it out either, was supposed to call back as she escalated the issue but didn't

Try the link there and the instructions and ensure you are using the same email address as the one provided when you placed your order.

 

Failing this you will need to call sky back and escalate the issue with them.
