Sky Glass Onboarding Agreement Cancelled

I ordered Sky Glass and was given until the 15th November to sign the onboarding agreement, it's the 15th and the agreement is showing as cancelled! Initially I couldn't find the agreement but after searching through the app I finally found it and it's been cancelled! It's not even past the deadline and I've paid the deposit! I'm so annoyed and I don't know how to sort it out, can anyone help at all? Or has anyone experienced this? I only ordered it on the 14th!

We are all fellow subscribers here on the community. You will need to wait for your order to be refunded and try again or call sky to see if they can do anything with the existing order.
