Content cannot be played

I have sky glass 65" and have been trying to watch the F1 qualifying on my playlist but getting the message of "This content cannot be played on this device". I was trying to playback on one the 4 pucks I have. Any help please? I've reset the box but that hasn't worked.

I'm assuming the playlist is showing the UHD version.

Does the TV connected to the Stream support 4K?

It worked eventually for some reason. 

Didn't select a different format but it may have been the case.
