Connection to internet

My Tv is connected to the broadband router, but will not connect to internet. I have restarted and still nothing along with resetting. My sky internet box is all green. It's just the tv which won't connect. I tried to hotspot my phone to check if it was the broadband router but that still wouldn't connect to internet

Hi @Chelseyg and welcome to the forum

The following works on the odd occasion that this happens to my stream puck so should work with a Glass TV.  Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV  and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
