Connection constantly dropping out

Getting error message connection lost at least once a day! Tv constantly freezing - sky glass

Is your Glass connected over wifi? Possibly poor or unstable wifi where your Glass is located. An ethernet cable connection to your router or possibly power line adaptors might be a solution.

I had the same issue last year

Connect your Sky Glass via an Ethernet cable to the router and in settings change the settings from WiFi to Ethernet
