Changing to Glass 2
I'm finding the order process a bit confusing when it comes to the package.
Im going through my account, so it should know I have a package.
I want to replace my Glass 1, not use both.
The order process looks like it adds an essentials package. No way of seeing that it recognises that I have a package.
Do I just crack on and it works out?

If you already have a Glass gen1 with a streaming contract with Sky then you'll need to call them to order a Gen2 Glass TV. You'll need to be clear that you want to replace one with the other, otherwise they'll charge you the Whole Home subscription as an add-on. You'll need to get the gen1 removed from your account and replace it with the gen2 as your primary device.
Sky's ordering and account systems are somewhat needlessly complicated. Hopefully you'll get to speak to someone who understands what you're trying to achieve.
