The satellite product is Sky Q.
Sky Go is a streaming app add-on.

@Morris007 In addition to @TimmyBGood post you need to c all Sky to change from Glass to Q, be aware if you've had the set more han 30 days you won't be able to return it and will need to continue paying for the TV in addition to any TV subs.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
