Hi,
I agreed to upgrade to sky glass and was told to sign the credit agreement in my app. I can see a link to on but it says
"Please ask the account owner to sign the CCA"
I am the account own, signed into my account & am sent in a vicious cycle every I click on the link. Still not seen where i need to sign.

This may mean that your SkyID isn't the primary ID. Do you have more than one? You need to be using the same email address used when you placed the order.

If not, you will need to call Sky for assistance as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
