Cannot add anything to subscription

I'm trying to add the UHD & Add skip bolt ons but every time I select it just say "opp we have a problem, try later"

Is this on the app or website? If it's the app try the website. Try clearing or cache or a different browser. Also are you using your primary Sky ID? Failing that you will need to speak to Sky as we are fellow subscribers here.
