‘Sorry we hit a problem’

I am trying to add sky sports but when I click add to basket I just get a message saying 'sorry, we hit a problem' does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

I've got Sky Stream and was able to get it by going to the channel and upgrading there. Was still getting the error on the website though.

For what it's worth, I've been getting this for 2 days using multiple browser and multiple devices. And on 5g with no ad blocking.
