Cancelling sky tv

How do you cancel your subscription without being in hold for hours surly you should be able to do this online this day and age.

One provision of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (2024) is to mandate that companies which offer online sign-up must also facilitate cancellations that way, but unfortunately this hasn't yet been implemented by the Competition and Markets Authority.

@bomber0281 I cancelled Stream recently by using the email on this link.

Sky will need to contact you but having sent the email giving  notice of the 31 days cancellation, that date was fixed.

Remember to include all required information in the email. 

Different Sky services may have different cancellation terms. 

Over the next  days Sky rang me and I answered when convenient to go through security questions etc. and confirm the cancellation.
