You can only return it within the 1 month cooling off period after buying it. After that the TV is considered yours and you have to continue paying for it (if you've bought it on monthly installments and not paid for it outright up front).
The Glass TV is seperate from the TV subscription service. You can cancel the TV subscription service by calling and cancelling if you're on the 31 day rolling contract. If you're on an 18 month contract, you may still be able to cancel - hopefully someone else can advise exactly how you stand with cancelling this within the 18 month minimum contract term.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NicholeOllyAsh If you've had the TV more than 31 days then I'm afraid you've agreed to pay for the TV on your loan repayments for the duration of the credit agreement. You can't give it back unlike a HP agreement.

Just to add to the advice already given, if you cancel your subscription, you Sky Glass functionality will be limited. You won't be able to stream free channels via the program guide, only the apps (e.g iPlayer). See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-without-a-subscription
You can disconnect your TV from the internet and use the aerial function for some DTT (Freeview) channels. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-input-app-on-sky-glass
