Says something went wrong and to reload app which I've done but still get the same problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@59DC Try switching off your Glass at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot. This will often, but not always, resolve such issues.
If that doesn't help try refreshing your Apps in Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates. It takes a few hours to refresh the apps but it is done in the background so you can continue using your TV.

I got the same issue. I've unplugged, I've refreshed and still get " reload the app"??
