Can’t wait to leave, you’re a terrible service

Flat signal terrible got sky, work from home sometimes can't do that right now, got a booster. I try to call you, my signal cuts out constantly not ideal with no support system and a toddler, no online chat options and for the past 2 months I've had no Netflix and no Sky stream but I've waited ages for help and tried twice, submitted a complaint and I'm changing provider. For anyone please leave sky if you're a working parent and a carer it's useless and expensive with absolutely no support. If anyone can help me before I go as honestly I've not had the service I've been paying for 2 months completely no sky stream at all so I'm absolutely losing my mind here. I'd definitely love my money back for a lack of service and no customer support and I've submitted a complaint.

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, what is your broadband speed that you are paying  for ? Remember the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one, also things like brick interior walls can block the wifi signal if you  live in an old build house, also remember  that the speed that you are getting  is to the  hub, the more devices  the higher  the speed you will need, also have you checked  your  post code  to  see if you  can get full fibre broadband to the property? I personally  have a busy household and I am on sky gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property and have never had any problems with  any of my devices which includes  two 55inch sky glass tvs a  puck, personal computer, laptop, tablet, Xbox, freesat box,43inch lg smart tv, 3 mobile phones, smart meter,  video  doorbell, 3 alexas, i have had this broadband since January 2024, and also wifi signal  is not very stable, ethernet cables are more stable and reliable, and if you are still in  a contract  with  sky you may have a termination fee to pay, sky uses b t infrastructure for their broadband not their own, or city fibre, you will need to call sky and speak to them about this issue
