Can’t use Disney+ app purchased through sky marketplace

I've purchased the Disney+ app through Sky marketplace and am running into an issue with signing in on my Sky Glass. It seems to have us stuck in a loop after we sign in, where we input the one time pass code and then press to continue where it will then take us back to the original login screen. 

We have tried restarting the tv and unplugging etc. as well as checking our connection with the broadband. The virtual assistant has been unhelpful unfortunately, and Disney+ suggests that it is an issue on Sky's end rather than theirs. The subscription has definitely been successful as I can see it in my account on mobile and also that I have paid and this has been accepted by Sky. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
