Can't get my sky glass tv volume to turn up

Hi @Willie+Watson 

Have you tried turning the Glass off at the socket, wait a min then back on again?

Yes but doesn't do anything

Hi @Willie+Watson 

try the following below

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds.
3. Wait until you see the connected message and select Continue
