First thing to try is just press the Home button again and see if it sorts it. If this does sort it then to prevent it happening again make sure that Networked Standby Mode is set to ON, in the Glass settings and that Overnight powersaving mode is set to OFF.
If that doesn't fix it, try a reboot of the Glass by unplugging it for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.
