I took delivery of a new Sky Glass television in October and did not realise it should have included a 'PUCK', I tried to phone Sky to order one, but my mobile phone and E- mail have changed (due to Scammers) and Sky operator kept asking for these old numbers which I no longer have, I was on the phone for over 20 minutes with nothing resolved.

Thank you for your reply, no I did not order, I read reports on U-Tube which seemed to suggest they came with all Sky Glass Televisions. I will be careful in future what imformation is given out on U-Tube.

Glass TV
Stream puck
Whole Home sub.
If you didn't order all 3 you would need to do the additional 2 on the list.

A Sky Glass TV doesn't need a Puck. You do need a Puck (and a Whole Home subscription) if you want to watch Sky on a second TV in your house.
