Can not watch normal tv

I am unable to watch normal live every day tv only got access to apps

Have you checked your broadband connection to the Glass TV?

BBC One is channel 101

BBC Two is channel 102

ITV 1 is channel 103......

 

They are all there!

Are you getting an error message when trying to access a channel, we need more information to try and help.

Do you have a Sky content subscription ('Essential TV' or 'Ultimate TV')?

 

Without that, a Glass television can be used to watch broadcast digital terrestrial television through an aerial and the built-in tuner, but will not access any channels from the online Sky EPG even if those are technically 'free to air'.

Report it straight to Sky - I've had a ticket open with them since 10th October and still not working properly.

first the TV guide disappeared and we couldn't access any live tv or sky progs on playback, etc. Could only use apps.

 

3 days ago the guide returned and tv available, but every 7 minutes the screen goes blank and 'technical fault' appears.

 

Waiting for my 11th callback from Sky tomorrow.
