Can a glass tv work as a normal tv like plugging in consoles etc

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreyes to some degree - it has 3 hdmi ports. I have a firestick an Xbox and a freeview player plugged into mine! Also there are a range of apps such as Netflix , prime, Disney, YouTube. Unfortunately there is no App Store.
unlike a standard smart tv though you will lose some functionality without an active sky subscription / account

Yes it can, it has HDMI sockets. If you're looking at gaming the Glass TV isn't designed for this functionality. You would be better looking at a 'standard' TV set up and using a Sky puck for streaming.

Note that despite being equipped with HDMI 2.1 the Glass television does not offer the ultra low latency mode (ULLM) or 120Hz refresh rate option which some dedicated gamers would prefer.
