Hello

I have today switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass. I've been able to sign in to all my other accounts okay, for example Netflix, Prime, Disney+ etc, but not Viaplay as I can't find an app. I can see a facility to sign up for it on a monthly plan via Prime but as I already have an annual Viaplay subscription I don't want to pay twice. The web chat asssistant at Viaplay doesn't know what Sky Glass is so hasn't been much help.

Is there anyway of transferring an existing subscription to Sky Glass please?

There is no separate Viaplay app on Glass or Stream.

Probably not, no: you cannot switch that into Prime.
