Is there anybody having a problem on build version QS19.007.00P? Ours is freezing and then playing back with no sound on live tv.

Not experienced any of those issues on my glass or pucks ....

have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ?

we are probably due an upgrade to qs20 soon .......

My Glass updated from 19.07 to 19.08 today. No noticeable difference but fingers crossed I haven't had too many issues lately anyway.
