Blurred

Hi there. When I switch sky glass gen 2 on the picture is blurred for a couple of seconds. Is this normal ?

I get it for a very split second. Not blurred but the picture isn't as sharp. Part of how the stream is delivered via the internet and adaptive bit rates.
