@Akintomide  Have you checked your order tracking through your account online?  Or checked emails?

 

If you've been waiting 40 daysd it sounds like either your order never went through, you failed the credit check or you didn't complete the credit agreeent.

 

As customers we can't see your account or your orders.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That would pre-date the launch of the Gen2 model, so might be beneficial.

Sky launched a second generation Glass television last week, so it would actually be an advantage for you not to receive your original order (which is three year old technology)

You people are just a scam and thief's, defrauding people. I order TV for the past 40 days and no communication and you are sending delivery message to me today and I din't see any TV. The tracking number you provided was not exist. Thief people, I pray nobody should fall into your hand again.

Perhaps pause a moment to consider exactly how likely that is, particularly for one of the UK's most prominent brand names.

 

If something has gone wrong with your particular order then you'll need to follow that up by phoning Sky: posting here will not get a response from them.
