I have IPhone 14 Pro Max. Can I not connect / add device to Sky Glass. It states "not supported" why is that?

Because an iPhone 14 Pro Max is way more technologically advanced than a Glass TV which has no means of directly casting from a mobile phone, be it a £200 Android model or a £1200 Apple device.
You'd need to attach some kind of device which has Airplay functionality to your Glass via HDMI and cast to that.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Philip001Green Unfortunately Sky did not include the ability to cast or mirror from other devices on Glass which is a shame as it can be very useful.
I have an apple TV puck connected to my Glass TV and can mirror through that but it can be done with other devices such as a firestick etc.

This is very annoying and if I had known this before hand I wouldn't have got a sky glass TV, silly me just presumed the sky glass would be loaded with all the latest technology, including Alexa and Google....what device can I use to stream from a Android phone?

I have a Macbook and iPhone so used an Apple TV.
