Bluetooth Headsets and Sky Glass

I have the 55" Anthracite model I think.

Anyway, I have contacted SKY help and a nice chap is looking in to this however thought I would come here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I have three bluetooth audio output devices, a Bose Quiet Comfort 45, Airpods 3rd Gen and Airpod Max.

The Bose have been great and connect to Glass no problem, however as of last week, the sound became intermittent, so I tried unpairing and pairing, no use.
I then turned off Sky Glass (rebooted) and they worked again for about three hours, then went back to the intermittent sound.
I then tried the other devices and the same result, intermittent, unless you reboot Glass then it goes back to normal for a few hours.
I can't keep rebooting the TV every time my Mum (hard of hearing and sight) wants to watch Heartbeat!

have also made sure that all audio output devises have the most up to date software installed.

Anyone any hints or tips? It is getting a bit tedious now. 😞

I also have an issue with pairing Bluetooth headphones or anything. I can't pair anything no matter what I have tried. I tried AirPods, other forms of headsets, soundbars....none of them connect. I spoke to someone as sky and they told me that the option is there but they weren't very helpful as they also said you can't connect audio devices to the glass. So confused.

Re: Bluetooth Headsets and Sky Glass

That is even weirder, because my bluetooth headsets connect, but just flip out after a while and the very poor sound quality happens.

Every time I reboot/turn off and on again/turn plug off and on, the headset sound works fine for a few hours.

I have now got a chap from Sky who rings me up and tells me they haven't found a solution yet.

They also said DO NOT DO A FACTORY RESET, that will just cause more problems.
