Blank screen

Went throught help , reset TV , switched off, factory reset, reset picture and reset sound, put on standby and switched off at plug and still in the morning I have to do this for 2 hours before it eventually comes on, then I go to playlist watch something and after the adverts it goes blank again so reset again. Eventually it works after resetting multiple times and sky has been working on the issue for 2 weeks and still don't know what's wrong, they can give me another TV but I have to pay extra for it...... It's the worst TV and service I have ever had in my life

You should  never do a factory reset without being on the phone to sky with an advisor  as this is the only  way  to do a factory reset, you will  now need  to  call sky as you have removed  your  account  from  the tv now and you will have more issues  now, we are all fellow customers on here, you should  ring sky ASAP to get help  now

Re: Blank screen

I phoned sky they got me to got through many resets before telling me to do the factory reset. And it's actually worse. Phoned over 5 times in last week but the support team are meant to be looking in to it.

Re: Blank screen

@Stevie103g How long have you had the TV? If it's less than two years it should be replaced under warranty.

Sorry I can't advise you how to sort the issue out, it seems Sky have taken you through the usual steps.
