Blank Screen
Hi
My mother's been with Sky for over 30 years.
She bought a Sky Glass 4 years ago, which has stopped working, and we've been informed it's no longer under warranty!
She expected it to outlast her, being that she's in her late 70s.
Sky has not returned our calls and she's now been without a TV for over a week and does not have the money available to buy a new one.
I can't believe Sky has treated a customer of over 30 years and an elderly person this way.

Re: Blank Screen
@Benfowler Like most TV Manufacturers the warranty only lasts either 1 or 2 years. While it's dissappointing TV's can and do fail outside their warranty period.
I'm curious as to what it is you're wanting Sky to do?
